Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3 oz.feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 oz. parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Gravy
  • 5 fl. oz. (150 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 oz. (50 g) parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the ingredients and form 8 oblong patties.

Fry on medium high with both butter and olive oil for at least 10 minutes or until the patties have turned a nice color.

Pour the tomato paste and the whipping cream into the pan when the patties are almost done. Stir and let the cream boil together.

Add parsley at the time of serving.
