Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 3 tablespoons softened or melted butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/4 cup white corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 unbaked 9 or 10 inch pie crust.

Step 1
Beat eggs lightly. Add butter, sugar, syrup, vanilla, salt and flour. Arrange pecan halves iin concentric circles in the pie shell and pour filling over. Or add the pecans to the filling and pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until center is soft, but not quite set.
