  • 1 sm. pkg each: Lemon, orange,
  • lime, red jello
  • 2 C milk
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 tsp knox gelatin
  • 1/2 C cold water
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Step 1


prepare each flavor jello w/ only 1 1/2 C boiling water

put one color jello in 9X13" glass dish & let set completely

FILLING:
bring milk & sugar to boil
soften gelatin in water
add sour cream & vanilla

mix filling & set aside at room temp - makes 5 C - each filling layer will
be 1 C + 5oz

after 1st jello is completely set add 1C 5oz of filling - spread very gently
over set jello layer.

alternate color jello layer w/ white gelatin layer until all jello & filling is
used up. There will be 7 layers in all (4 jello to 3 white filling)

be sure each layer is completely set

be sure jello is cold & beginning to thicken

ladle each layer gently, so it doesn't disturb previous layer

it will help to keep jello in frig after adding layers

be sure to keep filling at room temp
