Red Jello Ring Mold

Ingredients

• 2 pkg. red jello
• 4 C liquid (juice from fruit & enough
• water to make 4 C0
• 1/2 pint sour cream
• 20 oz can crushed pineapple
• 20 oz can apricots
• 1 pkg toasted almonds

Preparation

Step 1

have fruit at room temp
dissolve jello in boiling water
add remaining fruit juice
beat apricots w/ mixer & add
whip in sour cream
cool
add pineapple & nuts
mix well
pour into oiled mold
refrigerate
