Quick Taco Bake

Ingredients

• 1 LB grd. beef
• 1/2 C chopped onion
• 1 envelope (1 1/4oz) taco seasoning
• mix
• 1 can (15-oz) tomato sauce
• 1 can (15 1/4-oz) whole kernel corn
• drained
• 2 C shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 C Bisquick original or reduced fat
• baking mix
• 1 C milk
• 2 lg eggs
• sour cream
• chopped tomato

Preparation

Step 1

1 LB grd. beef
1/2 C chopped onion
1 envelope (1 1/4oz) taco seasoning
mix
1 can (15-oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15 1/4-oz) whole kernel corn
drained
2 C shredded Cheddar cheese
2 C Bisquick original or reduced fat
baking mix
1 C milk
2 lg eggs

sour cream
chopped tomato

Instructions:
heat oven to 350

brown grd beef & onion - drain
spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish
stir in seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce & corn
sprinkle w/ cheese

stir remaining ingredients until blended
pour over beef mix.

bake 35 min or until light golden brown
serve w/ sour cream, chopped tomato & shredded lettuce - if desired
