Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 (15 oz) can black eyed peas, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
- 1 (4 oz) pimento, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 small can white corn
- 2 small cans jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 t pepper
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the veggies in a bowl.
Combine the dressing ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. Cool. Pour over veggies.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve with Fritos or Tostitos.
