2 boxes yellow cake mix
3 pkgs (3 1/2-oz each) instant
butterscotch pudding mix
8 eggs
3/4 C oil
2 C water
1/2 C poppy seeds

combine ingredients & beat abt. 2 min. on med speed

bake in 4 lg. greased loaf pans (or 5 s. 8 1/2 X 4 1/2" loaf pans)

yields a sweet, moist bread that freezes well
