  • 4 eggs for the crepe
  • 1 cup flour for the crepe
  • 1 cup milk for the crepe
  • 1/2 tsp salt for the crepe
  • 2 Tbs sugar for the crepe
  • farmer cheese
  • cream cheese
  • cinnamon to taste
  • vanilla sugar to taste

* 12 eggs makes 30-40 blintzas. The cheeses should be a 2:1 ratio(more farmer cheese than cream cheese) Grease bottom of baking pan if baking.
