Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
- 1-3/4 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 tsp each cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
- 2 TBS sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs in mixer bowl until thick and lemon colored. Stir in remaining ingredients. Prepare as you would any pancake batter.
