Pumpkin Puff Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1-3/4 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp each cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs in mixer bowl until thick and lemon colored. Stir in remaining ingredients. Prepare as you would any pancake batter.
