Ingredients
- 2 lg cans quartered artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 med chopped onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarrella

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 4 ingredients together in a baking dish and top with the mozzarrella.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until bubbling but not brown.
