Ingredients

    Package slivered almonds

  • 2

    packages Ramen noodles (any flavor broken into

  • small pieces)

  • l/2 cup sesame seed (1 whole bottle)

  • 2

    pounds bok choy or Napa, chopped

  • l/2 cup butter

  • 5

    green onions, chopped

  • Brown almonds, noodles and sesame seeds in butter, Set aside to cool. Toss with bok choy and onions. Add dressing and serve.

Directions

Dressing l/4 cup white vinegar 1-cup sugar 2-tablespoon soy sauce Mix and shake well.
