  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant butterscotch (or lemon) pudding
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • Mix well for about 3 minutes.

Bake 50 minutes in ungreased tube pan at 350 degrees.
