Ingredients
- Toppings:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 T. sugar
- 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 T. all-purpose flour
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- chocolate shell sauce sprinkled with chopped turtle candies
- cream cheese frosting sprinkled with crushed peppermint candies

Step 1
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes; cool.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time; beating just until yellow disappears. Stir in sour cream. Pour batter into cooled crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until edges are set and center is almost set. Turn off oven. Immediately run a knife around edge of pan, releasing sides. Close oven door and let cheesecake stand in oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven; cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cover and chill 8 hours.
Remove sides of pan; top with desired toppings.
