Ingredients
- 1 bag (16 oz.) BLACK BEANS, soaked overnight and drained
- 3 14 oz. cans (or one 32 oz. container) CHICKEN BROTH
- 1 LARGE ONION, chopped
- 1 LARGE HAM HOCK
- 2 tsp RED WINE VINEGAR
- 1 LARGE RED PEPPER, chopped
- 2 TBS garlic, minced
- 1 TBS CUMIN
- 1 tsp CHILI POWDER
- SALT and PEPPER, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover with lid. Cook on HIGH for 10 hours.
