Ingredients

  • 3 tbs butter
  • 4 chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 c half and half
  • 2 c shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 2- 14oz cans cream corn
  • 1- 4 1/2 oz can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbs chopped cilantro
