Baked Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 teasp. paprika
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbl milk
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Put the parmesan cheese, paprika, and garlic powder in a shallow dish. Place the milk and egg into a separate shallow dish.
Dip each chicken breast into the milk mixture followed by the flour mixture and place into a greased baking dish. If more crust is desired, place more of the flour mixture on top of each chicken breast.
Place a few small dabs of melted butter onto each chicken breast. Bake for 35-45 minutes depending on the size of the breasts. Internal temp of the breasts should be 165 degrees and the crust should be browned.
