Cherry Crown Cheesecake

Ingredients
- Filling Part 1
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 caps of vanilla extract
- Filling Part 2
- 1 pint of whipping cream
- Crust
- 3 packages of lady fingers
- Topping
- Can of cherries or fruit of your choice
Preparation
Step 1
Bowl 1
Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Bend with a little bit of whipping cream.
Bowl 2
Whip whipping cream until peaks form.
Using a springform pan:
Use 3 packages of lady fingers. Place plastic wrap on the bottom of the pan.
Spray pay with Pam.
Place a row of lady fingers around the edges of the pan.
Put about 1/2 of the filling in the bottom of the pan and spread a little on the sides.
Put a layer of lady fingers on top of the filling.
Put another layer of filling on top.
In a blender:
Blend a can of cherries (or your choice of fruit) until pureed.
Pour over top of cake.
Refrigerate overnight
