Ingredients
- 4 containers (8 oz. each) plain yogurt
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced dill
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Place yogurt in sieve lined with coffee filer overnight in refrigerator. In medium bowl mix with cucumber, garlic, lemon juice and dill. Season with salt; chill. Drizzle with oil.
