Ingredients
- GARNISH:
- 2 15 oz. cans peach halves. drained, divided "Del Monte"
- 2 11.2 oz. cans peach nectar divided, Kern's
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 bottle champagne, moscato, or sparkling wine
- 1 large peach, cut into 6 slices
- 6 mint sprigs

Preparation
Step 1
In the container of a blender, combine 1/2 each of peaches and nectar, and sugar; rocess until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Repeat procedure with remaining peach, nectar and sugar. In a pitcher, place peach mixture. Gently pour in wine. Serve immediately.
NOTE: 6 fresh peeled and halved peaches may be substituted for canned peaches, and 2 (12 oz) cans of chilled ginger ale or lemon-lime soda may be substituted for sparkling wine.
