Preparation

Step 1

1 In large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef to pot, breaking it up into small pieces; cook until browned.

2 Add taco seasoning to the meat and onion mixture, fully combining. Add remaining chili ingredients to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. For more spice, add cayenne pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

3 Top with cheese and sour cream, if desired.

Make Tortilla Bowls
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Coat oven-proof bowls with cooking spray; press tortillas from one pack of GOYA® Flour Fajita Tortillas inside the bowls.

3. Place bowls on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

4. Let tortillas cool in the bowls for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

5. Fill with Mexican Fiesta Chili, or other desired filling, and serve.
