Ingredients
- 1 family pack chicken cutlets
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 container cornflake crumbs
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- paprika
- a lot of sesame seeds
- 3/4 bottle sweet n sour sauce Harbor Kind or Asian Menu
- 1/2 cup apricot jelly
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs,soy sauce and water in a bowl.In a ziploc combine cornflake crumbs,onion opwder and rest of spices includingpaprika and sesame seeds. Cut chicken into bit sixe pieces. Optional roll in flour first. Dip in egg mixture with slotted spoon. Coat chicken with cornflake mixture,Fry. Can be frozen at this point.
SAUCE:mix sweet n sour sauce jar with rest of ingredients,Warm chicken in sauce,,covered.
OPTIONAL SAUCE FROM MOLLY:
saute onion,green peppers,red pepper,beef tomatoes,add pineapple chunks with liquid. Add chicken to sauce
Bake covered at 350 just to warm
