Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese layer:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Crumble together and pat in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 375° F. for 15 minutes. Cool
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Blend together
  • Fold in 1 cup cool whip
  • Place over crust.
  • large instant chocolate pudding mixed according to directions. Layer on top of cheese mix.
