- 2 bags success white rice
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves,cut into 1 inch cubes and seasoned
- 1 small red onion,sliced
- 1 jar (4.5 ounces)sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) italian style stewed tomatoes

Step 1
-Prepare rice and set aside
-In a medium oiled skillet,over medium heat,brown chicken pieces
-Add remaining ingredients
-Cover and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes
-Serve over bed of hot rice
