Beef stew

Ingredients

• 1 lb stew beef
• 1 plg onion soup mix
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 soup can water
• 4 potatoes cubed
• 2 =3 carrpts sliced
• 2 tbsp canola or olive oil
• 1 c grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat in il. Transfer to large casserole dish. Combine reat of ingredients and mix with meat.
Bake at 350 for 2 1/2 hours.
Serve with biscuits
