Ingredients
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Add light cream or evaporated milk (it looks curdled). Combine the sugar, flour, and salt, stir into the chocolate mixture. Cook until thick and glossy stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter. Serve HOT! Will keep 2-3 weeks in covered jar in fridge. Add extra cream if chocolate becomes too thick.
