Ingredients
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 can (16 oz) libby's solid pack pumpkin
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 1/2 cups (1-12 fl oz can) undiluted carnation evaporated milk
- 1 9" unbaked pie crust(4 cups volume)

Preparation
Step 1
heat oven to 425
-Combine filling ingredients in order given
-Pour into pie crust
-Bake for 15 minutes
-Reduce temperature to 350 and bake an additional 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean(If necessary,cover edge of crust with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning)
-Cool; garnish if desired
NOTE:bake pie on preheated heavy duty cookie sheet only when using metal or foil pie pan
