Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread
- cubed ham
- grated cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 cups milk
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 cups crushed dry cereal (unsweetened)

Preparation
Step 1
Butter 9 x 13 pan.
Lay slices of bread in pan.
Cover bread with ham and then cheese.
Mix eggs with mustard, salt, and milk.
Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese and refrigerate over night.
In the morning mix melted butter with cereal and sprinkle over top.
Bake uncovered in a 350° oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
Serve hot.
