- olive oil
- chili powder
- garlic powder
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
Scrub and dry sweet potatoes; slice into ½" thick rounds then cut rounds into ½" thick “fingers”. Place in a bowl and toss with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder and salt. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated 425-degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown and tender, stirring every 10 minutes.
