  • Brownie Batter:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Cream Cheese Mix:
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350° F. In medium sauce pan melt butter and chocolate over lo heat. In medium bowl combine chocolate mixture, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. With a wooden spoon beat lightly till combined. Stir in flour. Fill each cavity 1/4 full with batter; set pan and remaining batter aside.

With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese on medium speed until blended. Cover each cavity of batter with 1 Tablespoon. Bake for 20 minutes or till wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes. Invert onto wire rack and cool. Repeat process.
