Ingredients

  • 4

    boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1

    onion, sliced

  • 3

    cloves garlic, minced

  • 1

    tbsp fresh ginger, chopped

  • 1/2

    c soy sauce

  • 1/3

    c honey

  • 1/3

    c rice vinegar

  • salt and pepper

  • 1/4

    c sliced scallions

  • 3

    tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

1. Place 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts into your slow cooker. 2. Top with 1 sliced onion, 3 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger. 3. Add ½ cup soy sauce, ⅓ cup honey, ⅓ cup rice vinegar; season with salt and pepper. 4. Cook on low for 6 hours. Shred the chicken with two forks. 5. Garnish with ¼ cup sliced scallions and 3 tablespoons sesame seeds. Serve with steamed rice.
