Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. oreo or other chocolate vanilla filled cookies
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
• 2 cups powder sugar
• 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 2/3 cups chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Crumble cookie & add butter to make a crumbly mixture. Spread in a 9x13 pan. Refrigerate an hour.

Bring sugar, milk, chocolate chips, & butter to boil. Stir 8 minutes. Add vanilla. Cool completely.

Slice ice cream in to 3/4" pieces and place on crust. Pour sauce over & put nuts on top.

Cover & freeze until serving time.
