Ingredients
- 8 oz medium cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz Monterey Jack with jalapeno peppers, grated
- 8 oz sour cream
- 4 T mayonnaise
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- Almonds or pecans, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first two ingredients in a bowl with hands.
Add sour cream, mayo, onion, celery, and pepper.
Pat into the shape of a ball.
Place on serving tray.
Pat nuts on the ball if desired.
Chill overnight.
Serve with crackers.
