Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 cup ketchup, divided
- 1 cup crushed saltines
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup egg beaters (or 1 egg)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion, chopped carrots and oregano. Saute for 2 minutes. Let mixture cool. In large bowl, combine onion mixture, 1/2 cup ketchup and the remaining ingredients. Spoon into 12 muffin cups coated with Pam spray. Let stand for 5 minutes.
