Ingredients
- 10 med red potatoes, peeled & quartered
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 C (8oz) sour cream
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 TBL butter, divided
- 1 TBL, dried parsley flakes
- 1 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Preparation
Step 1
place potatoes in lg. saucepan & cover w/ water
bring to boil
reduce heat
cover & cook for 15-20 min or until tender, drain
In lg. bowl, mash potatoes
add cream cheese, sour cream , milk, 1 TBL butter, parsley & garlic salt
beat until smooth
spoon into greased 2-qt baking dish
dot w/ remaining butter
sprinkle w/ paprika
bake, uncovered @350 for 30-40 min or until heated through
