Ingredients

  • Sugar mixture:
  • 1 pkg white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 oz poppy seed
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon

Step 1

Spray a bundt pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients except poppy seeds at low speed for 1 minute, scrape the bowl, then mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add poppy seeds and mix at slow speed. Add 1/2 of cake mixture to pan then add 1/2 of sugar mixture. Top with remaining cake mixture and sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes. Remove from pan and after cooled completely, drizzle top of cake with a mixture of powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
