Ingredients
- 1 small package of sugar free/fat free instant butterscotch pudding
- 8 oz carton fat free Cool Whip, thawed
- 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 3 cups (or more) chopped apples, leave on skin
- OPTIONAL: 1 cup dry roasted peanuts

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the dry pudding, whipped topping, pineappkle and juice until well blended. Stir in apples and marshmallows until thoroughly mixed. Refrigerate 1-2 hrs before serving. Spinkle dry roasted peanuts on top in desired.
