GRANOLA*?*Honey Nut Granola
By Unblond1
09/01/16 - Reserving judgment on this for the time being. While it is very tasty, there are some issues - firstly, it's too wet, even after cooking, the oil should be reduced by 1/4 to 1/3. It also doesn't need this much honey, reduce that by 1/4 as well. I used a mixture of almond and walnut oil and I'm not sure I like tasting it so try plain EVOO next time. I've made nutrition calculations based on the quantities that I actually made because I'll have to eat this up before making a different batch.
