Ingredients

  • 7 oz cooked macaroni
  • 15 oz can chili with no beans
  • 1/4 cup tomato juice
  • 4 oz can diced green chilies
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350

Cook noodles

Put half the crushed chips in the bottom of the casserole dish

Mix the noodles, chili, tomato juice, chilies, and green onions, and half the cheese together.

Poor the mixture over and spread evenly, put other half of chips on top and rest of cheese

Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with black olives and sour cream
