Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 5 Cream Cheese Packages (8 oz.) (at room temp)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups of sugar
  • 3 Tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 12 oz melted semisweet chocolate
  • 6 oz melted milk chocolate
  • (Combine the chocolates together)
  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 8 min
  • White chocolate for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

• Mix crust ingredients together and press in the bottom of a spring form pan and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes and allow to cool.
• Preheat oven to 300 degrees
• Combine cream cheese with sugar, salt and flour until light and creamy
• Add eggs and yolks one at a time, beating to barely blend
• Add melted chocolate, whipping cream and vanilla and gently blend in with the cream cheese
• Wrap foil around bottom of pan and place in a larger pan.
• Add ¾ water surrounding the cake pan and place on low rack in preheated oven and bake for 1 hour and 40 min.
• Let cool completely
• Drizzle melted white chocolate in lace pattern on top
