Ingredients
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
- 3 lb of skirt steak

Step 1
• In a bowl combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, mustard and cornstarch, stirring until sugar has dissolved
• Place steak in a Ziploc bag and pour marinade over meat. Seal and allow to marinade 2-12 hours
• Preheat Gas grill on medium high heat.
• Remove steak from marinade and place on Grill
• Cook, turning once 3-5 min per side for medium-rare.
• Transfer steak to a cutting board and cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 5 min
• Cut steak into thin slices, arrange on a warmed platter.
