Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 14.5-oz can whole peeled tomatoes
- 3/4 c. cup dry white wine
- 2 6.5-oz cans chopped clams, drained
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, roughly chlopped.
- 1 bunch spinach

Preparation
Step 1
Cook past according to directions, drain and return to pot.
Meanwhile, heat the oil, garlic and red pepper in a lg. skillet over medium heat, stirring until the garlic is fragrant, 2-3 minutes.
Crush the tomatoes and add them to the skillet, along with their juices. Add the wine and clams. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the parsley. Tos witht he pasta.
