Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 lb. pork sirloin roast, cubed and browned
- 1 med. yellow onion, diced and browned wit the pork
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 - 16 oz. jar 505 Southwestern Roasted Green Chilies
- (or 1/2 of a 40 oz jar)
- 1 tea. salt
- diced potatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Season pork with salt and pepper. Brown pork and onions on all sides in the oil - in batches if necessary. Pour into crock pot. Add the diced potatoes.
Pour chile verde sauce over pork and potatoes. Stir to mix well. Cover with lid.
Set slow cooker to high and cook for 4-5 hours (or low for 8-10 hours).
