Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger
- i medium onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can celery soup
- 4 oz can diced green chilies
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- grated cheddar cheese
- 10-12 10” tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
Cook hamburger and onion, drain fat. Add chilies and 1/2 of enchilada sauce. Place meat mixture and grated cheese in tortilla and roll. Put in greased pan. Mix soups and sour cream in bowl. Pour over enchiladas. Add cheese and remaining sauce on top. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees
