Bacon Jack Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 oz Jack cheese, shredded
- 3 bacon strips
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt. In a nonstick skillet, cook chicken
in butter over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until
juices run clear. Remove and keep warm.
In the same skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove
to paper towels to drain. Saute onion and mushrooms in drippings. Return
chicken to pan. Top with bacon, onion, mushrooms and pepper jack cheese.
Cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle
with Parmesan cheese.
(I used precooked bacon, cut it into small pieces and saute for just a
couple minutes in butter used to cook the chicken. I also put everything
in a baking pan and baked for a few minutes)
