Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add dry ingredients alternating with buttermilk. Fold in apples and pour into greased loaf pan. Combine topping ingredients into crumbs. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
