Ingredients
- 1 3oz box lemon jello
- 1 banana; cut fine
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup 7-up
- 1 large apple; peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup small marshmallows
- 1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained (SAVE JUICE)
- TOPPING: (or use Cool Whip mixed with saved pineapple juice)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
- 1 Tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in water and 7-up. Add remaining ingredients and pour into 2 qt pan. Chill until set.
Mix sugar and flour together in saucepan. Add butter and pineapple juice; cook until thick. Cool. Add whipped cream and spread over jello.
