Ingredients
- 1 box lasagna noodles**
- 1 Large Jar Prego spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb small curd cottage cheese
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
- 3/4 cups parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 lb browned ground beef (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
**Break lasagna noodles in half and boil as directed. Remove and
lay on towel to cool off. Pour ¼ of sauce on bottom of 9x13 baking pan.
Combine cottage cheese, 2 cups motz cheese, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, egg,
bread crumbs and parsley and mix together well. Put one large scoop of
mixture on end of cooked noodle, roll up, and place on sauce in pan, seam
down. Repeat. Pour remaining sauce evenly then top with remaining
motz cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 for
20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes. Let stand
5 minutes and serve.
