- 3 lbs. lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 15 oz. can Ranch Style Beans
- 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 10 oz. can Rotel Tomatoes
- 4 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 8 green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, minced
- 4 whole jalapenos, fresh or canned, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup canned jalapeno juice
- 4 tablespoons Williams Chili Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 cups water

Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef with salt and pepper.
Transfer browned meat to a large Crock Pot.
Add remaining ingredients in the order as listed. Stir until mixed well.
Cook in Crock Pot on low for 8 hours. (See note below) Stirring occasionally. Serves 10-12.
Note: I cook the chili on low in my new crockpot since I posted this recipe. It seems the newer ones cook hotter than the old ones.
