Ingredients
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch kale, ribs removed
- 1 can cannelini beans drained
- 2 T white vinegar
- olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in oil.
remove onion, sautee kale in oil.
remove kale
saute garlic.
Add beans
add back onion and kale
add in vinegar
serve
