Ingredients
- 3 TBSP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- 4 TBSP MINCED GARLIC
- 1 - 1 1/2 LB DICED RED ONION
- 2 SMALL TO MEDIUM GREEN BELL PEPPER DICED
- 1 LARGE RED BELL PEPPER DICED
- 5 LB GROUND HAMBURGER
- 1/2 + GALLON BULLEYES BBQ SAUCE
- OPTIONAL
- 1 TO 2 - 28 OUNCE DICED TOMATOES JUICE REMOVE

Preparation
Step 1
1) IN A LARGE POT PLACE OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, DICED ONIONS, DICED RED AND GREEN BELL PEPPERS, SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT AND SOFT. REMOVE WITH SLOTTED SPOON AND PLACE INTO A 7 QUART CROCK POT, TURN ON LOW
2) BROWN HAMBURGER IN THE LEFT OVER JUICES, ONCE ALL THE MEAT IS COOKED ,, ADD INTO CROCK POT AND STIR,,,
3) ADD IN BBQ SAUCE MIX THOROUGHLY COVERING INGREDIENTS.
4) OPTIONAL, 1 TO 2 28 OUNCE CANS OF DICED TOMATOES, YOUR CHOICE OF FLAVORS
